Most temperature loggers can only be read once they are collected, so an excursion is something you learn about afterwards. And paper records rarely hold up as evidence in a complaint or an audit.

Our answer

Labels report temperature and humidity continuously and alert the moment a threshold is crossed. Every reading is kept with its time and place, so when proof is needed it is one look away.
